By using TownFun you agree to these terms.
TownFun lists local events and restaurants gathered from public sources. Listings can be incomplete, change or be cancelled. Always confirm details (times, prices, age rules, accessibility) with the organizer or business before you go. TownFun is not affiliated with listed venues unless stated.
Ad-free costs $2.99 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice. If you change devices, use "Restore purchase" with your checkout email.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
The free version shows ads and links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
TownFun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any event, venue or business you find through the app.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
